Syntel is a multinational company and is the division of Atos. They are dealing with the services in business and integrated technology. The company was founded in the year 1980 in Michigan. It was founded by Bharat Desai and the present CEO of the company is Rakesh Khanna. Its headquarters are located in Troy, Michigan in the United States. The parent organization of Syntel is Atos. There are many subsidiaries of Syntel like State street Syntel services Pvt ltd. Many people believed that Syntel is a blacklisted company but this is not at all true as it is one of the leading global corporations.
There are four rounds of the interview which we are going to discuss below for your reference.
The online test is going to be based on MCQs. There is no negative marking so you are free to answer each and every question without getting afraid. Try to answer as many questions as you can in order to secure good marks. Don't forget that sectional cutoff is mandatory.
For this round definitely you need to grab attention but it is not at all required to become offensive to anyone. It will be good to be polite and try to express your views directly. Don't say irrelevant things be up to the point and only discuss over the given topic. If you disagree with the opinion of your fellow mates then you can express your views.
In this round, the interviewer will ask questions from your academic field like if you are a student of B.tech then he may ask you questions from programming, language, DBMS, Oops, etc. You should be well-prepared to answer everything.
Last and final round is your personal interview to check your communication skills. Answer every question as per your resume so that you don't prove dishonest in front of the interviewer. Your confidence is a must to crack this round.
