About the Company

Mindtree Limited is India's biggest multinational company in terms of outsourcing and information technology. Aspirants who are from technical background should definitely give a try for the interview in the company. There are two headquarters of the company from which one is situated in Bangalore, India and the other one is in New Jersey, USA. Mindtree was founded on 18 August in the year 1999 by Subroto Bagchi, Ashok Soota, Krishna Kumar Natarajan and Anjan Lahiri. There are more than 20 thousand employees working for the company with a revenue of 1 billion US dollars or approximately 7000 crores. The subsidiaries of Mindtree are Magnet 360, Discoverture Solutions, LLC and many more.

Process of the interview

The entire process of interview is covered in three rounds which are group discussion, technical round and HR round. This selection procedure is basically for the campus placements not for walk-in interviews. For the MindTree interview, you need not clear any written exam. For freshers, it is not going to be very difficult nor too easy to crack the interview.

Round 1:

The first round is a group discussion where you will be paired up with other fellows in a group of either 5 or 10 students. In this round, almost everyone will get a chance to give their opinion and get an equal chance of 1 minute for speaking. The main selection criteria behind this round are to check your confidence level and speaking skills.

Round 2:

After clearing the first round you will move ahead towards the next technical round. The interviewer will ask some technical questions from you. All of these questions are going to be from your syllabus or from your interesting topic. You need to revise the main topic related to programming and coding as most of the questions are asked from there.

Round 3:

This is the last and final HR round, in most of the cases, HRs are generally sweet and soft-spoken so that you can make yourself comfortable. So, while answering any question give your best with 100% honesty and lots of confidence. In case if you are not aware of any answer then also you can crack the interview with your skills and confidence.
