The founder of Karvy group is Mr. Ramakrishna who is having more than 30 years of experience in the field of financial services.

Process of the interview

The interview process of the Karvy group is having three rounds and it is mandatory to clear every round for selection.

Written test

First, you need to qualify a written test based on three major sections of Quantitative aptitude, verbal and logical reasoning. For clearing this written exam it is necessary that you refresh your academic skills and go through some basic topics of Quant and reasoning.

Group Discussion

The next round will be a group discussion where you will be sent in a group of 5 or 10 students. All of you have to discuss the given topic for 5 minutes. All of you will also get an equal chance for giving your views so if you are good at competitive skills and are confident while speaking you can clear this round.

HR round

Last and final round is a personal interview where the company HR will ask some general questions related to your personal life, hobbies and also from your subject.
