Just like any other MNC company, the process of an interview in HCL is also having many rounds. In order to get selected you have to clear each and every round. So, there are a total of four rounds for selection.
Round 1: Written-test
First-round is as simple as a written exam with nominal MCQs. It is the exam which will be conducted for checking your grammar. You can find the questions on idioms and phrases, synonyms, comprehension, fill in the blanks, etc.
Round 2: Ground Discussion
In this round, your voice accent and speaking skills are analyzed. You may also get a particular topic on which you need to speak at least for a minute. So, be calm and clear with your facts, good confidence is the main key for cracking this round.
Round 3: Technical round
It can be one of the difficult rounds for some candidates. To clarify this round give yourself a thorough check on different subjects like DBMS, networking, algorithm, Oops, and programming language. Most of the questions can be from these topics and from your favorite language.
Round 4: HR Round
The last and final round is HR round. You are not going to be asked any difficult questions. Some simple and general questions will be asked by HR and on the basis of your response and manners, you can get selected.
