How to crack the Global Logic Interview

About the Company

Global Logic is only two decades old and was founded in the year 2000. It is an automotive software company where the development services like complex system engineering, experience design, content engineering and self contained engineering are delivered to the clients. The company is owned privately and is funded by the CPP investment board and partners group. The present CEO of the company is Shashank Samant. It is having its headquarters in San Jose, California. There are various subsidiaries of the global logic like the assign group AB, skookum, method, research and engineering center, Inc. There are more than 16000 employees working together for the development of the company.

Process of the interview

Interview procedure consists of four rounds which we are going to share in detail.

Online Round

The aptitude test was for two hours where all of the questions will be MCQs. You will also get three questions on programming. It is mandatory to qualify sectional cut off for both of the sections. You can attempt as many as questions you want as there is no negative marking.

Group Discussion

At the time of your group discussion you should try to express yourself as much as you can. It will be more good if you initiate the lead. In case if you are not aware with the topic then don't worry listen to other candidates and then put your views.

Technical round

Third round is your technical interview which is a face to face round. It will be time consuming so be prepared for it. The interviewer will ask many questions from programming and can also ask you to write a program.

HR round

At the end you will meet with company HR who will ask some basic questions from you about your interests and hobbies. One can easily clear this round.
