The interview process of Genpact is quite simple and easy to crack. In most of the cases, there are only two rounds of interviews which are technical round and HR round but in some cases, there can also be three rounds. For the campus placement, you need to give an interview of three rounds which we are going to discuss here.
In the first round, you need to qualify group discussion and prove yourself better from other candidates. During this round, you can simply raise your voice and can clear it by proving your points with proper justification. Don't sit idle and try to communicate as much as you can with your fellow candidates.
In this round your technical skills are at stake, the interviewer will check your qualification and will grade you on the basis of your knowledge. We advise the candidates to answer as many questions as they can for more chances of selection.
It is the final round which is also known as your personal interview. In this round, the interviewer will grade you on the basis of your communication skills, attitude, behaviors, and way of speaking. No matter whether you are answering right or wrong just be confident and honest.
Aa the best process doesn't take too much time so the interviewers can ask you as many questions as they want. For the technical round, you should be more prepared and brush up all your academic knowledge. Here we are going to tell some questions that have been asked previously in the Genpact interview.
