Flipkart is one of the top Indian E-commerce company which is providing its services to the customers online through app or website. The company was founded in October 2007 and till then it has built a strong reputation in the market. It was founded by Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal. The parent organization of Flipkart is Walmart and the present CEO is Kalyan Krishan Murthy. There are various subsidiaries of Flipkart like PhonePe, Myntra, upstream commerce ltd and many more. It is having its headquarters in Bangalore, Karnataka. The company is registered in Singapore and being operated in India.
The interview procedure of Flipkart is simple and easy to follow, there is a total of four rounds in the procedure which we are going to discuss below.
The first round is an online test, if you are having some basic knowledge of aptitude, reasoning and verbal then you can easily crack this test. All of the questions are in the form of MCQs without any negative marking.
The second round will be your face to face interview either with the manager or HR who will analyze your concentration and speaking skills. He will check whether you can become the face of the company or not. In this round, you have to showcase your talent to the interviewer and prove that you are the right candidate for this job.
The third round will be a technical interview where the questions will be asked from different topics like algorithms. It will be a face to face interview so you can try to answer everything and should be capable of explaining it.
The fourth round is also a technical round where your thinking capacity and pressure handling capacity is examined. In this round, you may get questions from algorithm, Coding or from any programming languages that you prefer.
