How to crack the Aspire Systems Interview

Process of the interview

To crack the interview of aspiring systems you need to qualify three rounds of the interview which are written test, technical round, and HR interview. We are going to discuss each round in detail for better understanding.

Round 1

First-round is an online test ground where you have to give the aptitude test. In the test, there are four sections: Quantitative ability, verbal ability, analytical ability, and technical ability. For each section, you have to attempt 10 questions that mean in total of 40 questions. The time duration of the test is one hour. The best thing about this test is there is no negative marking so you can attempt as many as questions you want.

Round 2

The next round is a technical interview round where the interviewer is going to check your technical skills. As an aspires system is an IT company so you should be well-prepared for this round. It is not going to be that easy, you need to get ready for programming questions, language-based questions, etc. Revise all basic topics from your course like DBMS, operating system, SQL, etc.

Round 3

The third round is of your personal interview which will be a face to face round with the company HR. He will analyze your skills and remark to you whether you are suitable for his company or not. Although in this round there will be no technical questions still you should take it very seriously. It has been seen that many aspirants take this round lightly which leads to rejection.
