Being a big brand name it is for sure that the interview process is not going to be easy. That's why for whatever process you are applying to be prepared in advance and boost up your skills. Now let us come to know the procedure of interview.
The Concentrix interview takes a lot of time, previously there were eight rounds but now you can complete your interview after clearing all four rounds.
As mentioned there are in total four rounds of the interview. Although it also depends on the process to process for which you are applying.
Round 1 (With HR): This is the first round where your basic skills are tested. Here, the HR will ask some general questions to you like your introduction, why are you applying for Concentrix, etc. If you have good communication skills then you can easily crack this round.
Round 2 (Written Test): This round is conducted to test your aptitude, technical knowledge, analytical skills, and reasoning. Here, you should have basic theoretical knowledge of your field.
Round 3 (With Manager or Assistant manager): A general introduction about yourself, a few questions related to the process for which you are applying. These are some things that you can expect in this round. All you need is to possess good communication skills and confidence.
Round 4 (With Vice president): This is the last and final round where you have to show your creative skills. They will check your process knowledge, communication skills, etc.
The only key to get selected is good communication, less fumbling and basic knowledge of your applying process.
